Vanilla-flavored sponge cake mix, in a 12 kg pack. The basic recipe calls for 1,000 g of mix, 600 g of eggs, and 200 g of water. Mix with a wire whisk for 1 minute at low speed and 4 minutes at high speed; optionally, a little butter or oil can be added. Bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes, depending on the oven.
